Custom Printed Long Silk Scarves

We print long silk scarves with original illustrations, repeating patterns and branded borders. The length provides room for flowing artwork, separate end details or a motif repeated across the scarf.

A common format is 180×30 cm, with 12–19 momme mulberry silk options. Custom dimensions and samples are available for the chosen design.

Custom Artwork in a Long Scarf Format

Our custom printed long scarves combine a rectangular layout with your choice of silk and finishing. We offer digital printing for detailed illustrations, soft gradients and multicolor patterns, from light floral compositions to dense logo repeats.

Production Details

Fabric, artwork placement, print color, stitching and packing are reviewed against the agreed sample and specifications. The hem, label position and finished dimensions are included in the production reference.

The scarf can be supplied with a pouch, box, hang tag or insert card. Recyclable packaging options can be included in the project quotation, with materials and quantities confirmed for the selected format.

Digital Printing

Digital printing supports placed artwork as well as repeating patterns along the scarf. Color references, pattern scale and border placement form part of the custom specification; the printed sample provides the physical color reference.

Artwork Along the Length of the Scarf

We customize the placement, scale and direction of the print for the rectangular format.

Placed illustrations

Flowers, figures or a complete scene can occupy selected parts of the scarf. The butterfly design in the gallery combines open space with a concentration of artwork toward the ends.

Full-length repeats

A logo or decorative motif can repeat from end to end, with custom spacing, scale and background color. The green emblem and red monogram scarves show two different repeat sizes.

Borders and end details

A contrasting border, printed lettering or a separate end motif can frame the main design. We can position these elements within the chosen finished width and hem specification.

The Fabric Behind the Print

Twill gives the surface a diagonal texture; satin brings a glossy face; crepe de chine and habotai offer other feels and drapes. We specify the weave and momme together, within the available 12–19 momme options for this product.
