Custom Size Silk Pillowcase

Custom size silk pillowcases made around the dimensions of your pillow range. Rectangular and square formats are available for bedding brands, retail collections and hospitality projects.

Material options include 19 / 22 / 28 / 30 / 40 momme in mulberry silk. Finished dimensions, closure construction and labels can be developed together for each size.

Silk Pillowcases Made to Custom Dimensions

We produce pillowcases in market reference sizes and custom dimensions. Length, width, closure and edge finishing are defined together so the finished cover fits the intended insert.

Momme Options

The range includes 19–22 momme for a lighter feel and 28–30 momme for a more substantial fabric. 40 momme is also available for heavier pillowcase specifications.

Finished Measurements and Construction

Finished size and allowable variation are recorded with the sample. Bulk production follows that agreed reference for cutting, sewing and closure details.

A custom-size order can combine its own dimensions with selected fabric weight, closure details and private labels. Each size has a defined finished specification.

Metric options include 40 × 60, 50 × 70, 50 × 75, 60 × 80 and 80 × 80 cm. Custom length and width are available beyond these reference dimensions.

US Size Ranges

Standard 20 × 26 in, Queen 20 × 30 in and King 20 × 36 in can be produced as a coordinated range. These are inch specifications; metric formats are offered as separate sizes.

Closures and Labels

Closure construction, stitching and label position can be developed around the chosen size. Brand labels, size identification and individual or bulk packing are available for multi-size collections.

The fabric range includes 19, 22, 28, 30 and 40 momme mulberry silk. Our custom silk pillowcase collection includes zipper closure and envelope closure designs.
