Confirm the Visible Print Area Before Sampling
A flat artwork file does not map directly to the finished mask. The curved body, seams, edge stitching, and strap joins affect what remains visible after assembly. We review these areas so important logos and motifs stay within the agreed safe area and orientation.
Sampling also confirms the selected 22 momme silk, approximate 20 × 9 cm size, adjustable slider strap, folding method, and proposed packout. Bulk checks then use the approved sample as the reference for the agreed details.
