Custom Branding & Production

We offer printing, labels and packaging as separate parts of the headband design. A physical sample establishes the fabric appearance, gathered shape and branding position before the bulk specification is approved.

Print, Color & Label Options:

  • Color matching – solid fabric colors and printed colors developed from brand references

Pricing for Promotional Orders

We quote the complete combination of headband, print or label, and packaging. Simple solid-color styles with a printed tag and more elaborate printed designs have different production requirements.

Minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed for the selected fabric, color and branding method. Packaging is specified separately, and shipping time is included when planning for an event date.

Ruched Styles, Colors & Print Options

We offer different ways to build a promotional headband around your campaign colors, from a plain gathered cover to a printed fabric design.

Full Ruching or Flatter Folds

A fuller cover creates soft ruffles, while flatter, overlapping folds give the headband a more compact profile. Band width, fabric fullness and the underlying frame can be developed together.

Solid Campaign Colors

Solid silk keeps the focus on the gathered shape. Options include cream, pink, gray, brown and black, with custom colors developed from a physical reference or Pantone target and approved on the selected silk.

Printed Fabric & Separate Logos

Digital or screen printing can add a motif or brand pattern to the silk. A small logo can also appear on a woven label, tag or card, where it remains readable alongside the folds.

We can supply the headband with branded finishing and packaging for individual distribution.

Woven Labels & Printed Tags

Options include a discreet woven label, a printed hang tag and a product or care card. Brand names, campaign artwork and product information can be added without covering the main gathered surface.

Individual Bags, Cards & Boxes

Individual bags suit simple giveaways, while a display card or gift box gives more space for campaign branding. Packaging dimensions follow the finished headband shape, with artwork coordinated across the product and pack.
