Plan the Pattern Before Sampling
For repeat and placement patterns, the layout needs to be fixed before printing. We confirm repeat dimensions, scarf orientation, border position, edge-finishing allowance, and the color reference used for sampling. The approved sample then becomes the reference for the agreed artwork layout, fabric, hand-feel, and finishing.
- Repeat, placement, or border-led pattern layout reviewed against the finished scarf size
- Artwork review for fine lines, small logos, seams, and edge-finishing allowances
- Color references checked against the selected fabric and printing method
- Machine-stitched or hand-rolled edge options confirmed before sampling
- Label position, hang tags, inserts, and packaging included in the project specification
- Sample approval used to confirm the agreed production reference
Quality and Documentation Requirements
Quality control is applied across fabric inspection, printing proofing, stitching, finishing, and final packing checks. For requirements involving OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 documentation or third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek, or another provider, share the required standard, product scope, and target market before sampling. We will confirm which documents or testing arrangements apply to the order.
Material and Packaging Requirements
If you require responsible sourcing criteria, lower-impact printing options, or recyclable packaging, list the exact material or documentation requirement at the inquiry stage. Available options and supporting documents are confirmed for the individual project.
