Low MOQ Silk Headbands

We make silk headbands for small retail collections and independent brands, with a starting quantity of 50 pieces per design and color. These ruched headbands have gathered silk covers over an open frame.

Customization includes band width, ruched fabric coverage and frame size, with 22 momme mulberry silk available. Solid colors, printed artwork and brand labels can be developed for the selected style.

Small-Batch Ruched Silk Headbands

These ruched silk headbands combine a gathered cover, a structured open frame and fabric-wrapped ends. We can customize the color, band width and brand finishing for a compact retail collection.

Construction & Finishing

The structured open frame and band width determine the fit. The amount of gathered silk can be adjusted for a slimmer profile or a fuller ruched shape.

We can coordinate the outer silk, inner covering and wrapped ends. Product and care information can be included on the label or card for the finished construction.

A Focused First Collection

A small collection can start with one headband shape in a selected color, then add further colorways or designs as separate orders. The per-design, per-color quantity keeps the order scope clear, while custom packaging and trims remain separate choices.

Sampling & Small-Batch Production

We develop a sample to establish the headband construction, fabric and branding before production. The quotation identifies the headband quantity, sampling, custom trims and packaging for that design.

Reorders & Additional Colorways

We can use the approved product specification as the reference for a reorder. A new color, print or frame shape is assessed separately, with its quantity, fabric availability and production schedule confirmed in the new quotation.

We can develop the shape, color and finishing of a small collection around one selected headband design.

Band Width & Gathered Shape

The cover can be made with a slimmer profile or fuller ruching. We adjust the visible band width and fabric coverage around the chosen frame, including the transition from gathered fabric to the wrapped ends.

Silk Color & Surface

Color options include pale pink, light gold and custom shades developed for your collection. Solid silk highlights the gathered shape, while custom printing adds a pattern or brand motif.

Brand Labels & Retail Details

Woven or printed brand labels, product tags and care cards can give a small batch a finished retail presentation. The label dimensions and placement are developed for the selected headband, with trim quantities quoted separately.
