Kimono-Style Silk Robe

Kimono-style silk robes for private label collections, spa gifts and hospitality projects. The wrap front, loose sleeves and tie belt create a relaxed silhouette, with sizing developed for the intended wearer.

The starting specification combines a kimono collar, tie waist and knee-length cut with 100% mulberry silk in 22 momme. Other lengths, fabric weights, colors and branding details are available.

Kimono-Style Silk Robe Construction

The open front wraps across the body and closes with a fabric belt. The collar, sleeve opening and robe length can be developed as a coordinated style, with optional inner ties and side slits.

Silk Robe Care

Care instructions follow the finished robe, including its fabric, color, embroidery and trims.

Each robe’s care label sets out the washing, drying and pressing instructions for the finished garment.

For hospitality projects, care-label and laundering requirements are reviewed with the fabric and trim specification.

Private Label Robe Customization

Embroidery, printed artwork and sewn labels can be combined with the robe construction. Customization is quoted according to the fabric, decoration and order requirements.

Logo, Color and Trim Options:

Embroidery – chest logos with custom size and thread colors
Printing – original artwork and repeated patterns
Woven labels – brand labels at the neckline or other agreed positions
Color development – custom shades using a specified color reference
Trim options – contrast piping at the collar and cuffs

Project-Based Quotation

Pricing reflects the selected silk, garment construction, decoration and order quantity. Color development, labels and packing are included in the quotation as specified.

Sample charges, minimum quantities and production schedules are confirmed for each project. Repeat orders are reviewed against the approved design and current material availability.

Custom Robe Lengths, Sleeves and Belts

Our kimono-style robe options cover the shape of the garment as well as its brand details.

Robe Length and Shape

Knee-length and longer robes are available with a wrap front and kimono-style collar. Body length, garment width and side-slit details can be adjusted within the custom specification.

Sleeves and Cuffs

Sleeve length and opening width can be developed with the robe proportions. Plain cuffs or contrast piping provide different finishes, with matching collar trim available.

Belts and Branding

Self-fabric tie belts coordinate with the robe, while optional inner ties provide a second fastening point. Chest embroidery, printed patterns and woven brand labels are available for private label orders.

Fabric options include 19, 22 and 25 momme mulberry silk. These robes can form part of a custom silk sleepwear collection, with logo embroidery developed for the selected style.
