Measure the Finished Hair Bundle
Hair length alone does not determine the bag size. Prepare the bundle exactly as it will be sold, including folding, bands, cards, or tissue, then measure width, height, and thickness. Allow enough opening width for packing without forcing or snagging the product.
Drawstring or Ribbon-Envelope Format
A drawstring pouch supports quick packing and reuse. A ribbon-envelope bag creates a flat retail presentation and a larger logo area. Flap depth, ribbon position, and closure tension should be reviewed with the actual bundle during sampling.
Branding and SKU Control
If one packaging program covers several lengths, textures, or colors, specify how each SKU will be identified. This can be handled through labels, stickers, insert cards, or carton sorting without changing the main pouch design.
